LEADERSHIP
REGINA INC. belongs to the community. It is a
community-based initiative developed and directed by volunteers
representing the not-for-profit, corporate and small
business sectors, and the community-at-large.
Vision
Leadership Regina develops skilled and
passionate leaders who are engaged in activities that strengthen the
community.
The
Board of Directors
has overall responsibility for Leadership Regina,
defining its vision and overseeing the commitment to the
mission and objectives. The Board is
further tasked with the effective governance of
Leadership Regina, acting in a position of trust for the
community. It provides policy direction to Leadership
Regina committees and facilitates coordination of their
work, and guidance to Leadership Regina staff in
carrying out the activities of the program.
There are a number of volunteer standing committees that
are an important part of Leadership Regina.

The
Curriculum Committee
is responsible for the yearly planning, development,
implementation and evaluation of the Leadership
Regina program. Their long-term strategy
ensures that Leadership Regina graduates continue to
be contributing members of the leadership team
within our community.

The
Finance Committee is responsible
for the internal financial health of the
organization.

The
Fund Development &
Sponsorship Committee is
responsible for securing funding to support
Leadership Regina through financial and human
capital, and sponsorship to sustain the program
through curriculum development.

The
Marketing Committee is responsible for
planning, implementing, managing and evaluating
marketing activities undertaken to benefit
recruitment of participants, support from alumni and
awareness in the community.

The
Recruitment and Selection Committee
is a team developed annually and is accountable to
interview and select a diverse group of participants
to take part in the Program.

The
Alumni Committee
is responsible for developing an active and
committed alumni of Leadership Regina.
